Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note that there may be potential delays to processing and shipping your order due to high volume of orders.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We utilize UPS as our shipping carrier. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is free for qualifying orders above $99; this rule is applied only for orders shipping to destinations within the United States (not including U.S. Territories).

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We utilize UPS as our shipping carrier - UPS shipping services with tracking numbers are used to ship and deliver our products. Shipping charges, including duties and taxes, for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method to pay for their products. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout; customers do not have to pay these fees upon delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 (for domestic) or 14 (for international) business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customersupport@t2love.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the 10% restocking fee and the shipping cost for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customersupport@t2love.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work with you towards a satisfactory solution.
