Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship it back to our return address. You may return most new items postmarked within 30 days of the initial delivery date for a refund. If we have not received your returning item postmarked within 30 days of the initial delivery date, your return will be nullified and you will not be eligible for refunds (i.e. if your item(s) was delivered July 1st, you have until July 30th to request a return and ship your item(s); if your shipped return package was postmarked for July 31st, your item(s) will not be eligible for refund).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags and in its original packaging.
Customers must provide their own means of shipping for the items they would like returned. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. The restocking fee is waived only for exchanges.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Once the return process has started, we may contact you for potential exchanges. If you choose to accept the exchanges, we'll start the exchange process on our end to send you the product(s) you'd like to exchange. You are responsible for providing return shipping for your returning item, but we will not charge you shipping costs for the item that is to be sent to you for exchange. The restocking fee will be waived for exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know through email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you can expect to receive your refund automatically on your original payment method within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@t2love.com.
Note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded. Note also that returned item postmarked after 30 days of the initial delivery date will not be refunded (when you ship out your returning items, it must be postmarked within 30 days of when you initially received it to be eligible for refund). If we have not received your returning item within 30 days of the initial delivery date, your return will be nullified and you will not be refunded.
